Judged against Pilot Ready's benchmarks — Aon publishes no pass mark.
Pilot Ready benchmarks
Aon publishes no pass mark, so these are ours. Each pairs an overall level with a floor on every test — the same shape as EPST's published COMPASS rule.

Test profile
Stens run 1–10 with 5–6 as average — the standard scale for comparing a candidate with a norm group. The red line is the floor for your next benchmark (Competitive); the grey line is the median.
Airlines choose their own cut-e test selection. This set is ours, built to cover every ability area; it is not any specific airline's battery.
Where to focus next
Your three lowest results. A single weak test holds back every benchmark, so these matter more than polishing your best tests.
How these scores are worked out
Every test produces a raw score. We place it against a typical Pilot Ready candidate to estimate a percentile — the share of candidates you'd outperform. The scales are fixed, so a result never changes after the event.
Aon reports cut-e results against a norm group chosen by the employer, and each airline sets its own requirements — none are published. So the benchmarks are ours: an overall level, where every ability area counts equally, plus a floor on each test. They follow EPST's advice for COMPASS — the best 50% for pre-selection, the best 25% when there are many applicants.
How far to trust each number. Each test is tagged Calibrated, Provisional or Estimated depending on how much real data sits behind it — 147 attempts across this mock's tests when the scales were last set (September 2026). The estimates firm up as the scales are re-set on more data.
No mock can tell you whether you'll be selected: real assessments add interviews, group exercises, simulator checks and personality measures, and each organisation weighs them differently.
Pilot Ready is independent and not affiliated with Aon, cut-e, EPST, DLR or any airline. Our tests are original practice exercises, not the real assessments.
