Terms of Use

By accessing or using Pilot Ready (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you use it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Pilot Ready is an independent practice and training platform with exercises inspired by the cut-e / Aon aptitude tests used in airline pilot selection. It helps you rehearse similar skills under similar conditions.

• Pilot Ready is an independent training tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Aon plc, cut-e, any other test provider, or any airline or cadet programme.
• Our exercises are practice approximations created independently. They are not the official cut-e / Aon assessment, do not reproduce official test content, and may differ from it.
• We do not guarantee any particular score, result, selection outcome, or improvement. Practising here is not a substitute for official preparation and confers no advantage in any real selection or recruitment process.
• Any references to test names, providers or airlines are for descriptive purposes only, to indicate the type of assessment practised.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly at corri.jones@hamiltontechnologies.co.uk if you suspect unauthorised use.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, manipulate scores, or submit results you did not genuinely achieve, including to gain leaderboard position.
• Scrape, copy, harvest, or bulk-download content, or reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.
• Disrupt, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
• Upload unlawful, offensive, infringing or misleading content, or choose a display name that is offensive, impersonating or otherwise inappropriate.
• Use the Service to build or train a competing product, or resell access without our permission.

If you use leaderboards, your display name and (if connected) Discord avatar are shown publicly. You grant us a licence to display this information within the Service. We may remove content or names, or restrict accounts, that breach these Terms.

Some features may be offered on a paid basis. Where they are, the price, billing period and what is included will be shown before you purchase. Payments are processed by third-party providers; their terms also apply. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, payments are non-refundable, and you can cancel a renewing subscription before the next billing date to avoid further charges. Statutory cancellation/withdrawal rights are unaffected.

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and exercises, is owned by Hamilton Technologies or its licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial practice. Third-party assets (such as 3D models) remain the property of their creators and are used under their respective licences.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hamilton Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, opportunity, data or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. This does not affect liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify Hamilton Technologies against claims and costs arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or where necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. IP, disclaimers, liability) will continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.
