24 — EPST's cut-off for pre-selection, followed by a simulator session. 32 — its cut-off when COMPASS is the only selection tool. Both also require grade 3 or better on every test.

Flying aptitude (senso-motor)
4.7 mean grade
Intellectual ability
4.7 mean grade

Your flying aptitude and intellectual ability are fairly balanced.

Where to focus next

Your three lowest results. In COMPASS a single grade under 3 fails the standard, so these matter more than polishing your best tests.

How these scores are worked out

Every test produces a raw score. We place it against a typical Pilot Ready candidate to estimate a percentile — the share of candidates you'd outperform. The scales are fixed, so a result never changes after the event.

COMPASS is the one battery whose scoring is published. EPST grades each test 1–7 against applicants (N = 10,456), sums the six basic tests, and sets a cut-off of 24 with no grade below 3 — or 32 when COMPASS is the only selection tool. We convert your percentile into a grade using EPST's published distribution, so a candidate who is exactly typical on every test totals 24 — matching EPST's own description of 24 as an average performance.

How far to trust each number. Each test is tagged Calibrated, Provisional or Estimated depending on how much real data sits behind it — 39 attempts across this mock's tests when the scales were last set (September 2026). The estimates firm up as the scales are re-set on more data.

No mock can tell you whether you'll be selected: real assessments add interviews, group exercises, simulator checks and personality measures, and each organisation weighs them differently.

Pilot Ready is independent and not affiliated with Aon, cut-e, EPST, DLR or any airline. Our tests are original practice exercises, not the real assessments.
